Run 4 Life

May 15, 2011
Westgate, Alabang
Assembly Time: 4:30 am? (not sure late na ako dumating)
Race Time: 5:10 am - 5:40 am (gaps in-between 16k, 10k, 5k and 3k)

Ang mga kasama ko:
John Paul Lipardo
Randy Arias
Bernadette Hukom
John Dimaranan and friends (hindi ko kasi kilala lahat)

AMDATEX Support Team (mga piling miyembro)

Ang time result ko:
Rank:370 on category
BIB No.:2510
Category: 5
Time: 00:45:17
Pace: 0:09:03min/km

Brought to you by Pocari Sweat, unli-Pocari kami sa water station.

Go Team Pocari!

Si John Paul at ako with "George Clooney"

Attending GMA Kapuso Fun Run

April 10, 2011
SM Mall of Asia, Seaside Boulevard
Assembly Time: 5:00 am
Race Time: 6:00 am

Ang mga kasama ko:
John Paul Lipardo
Sophia Dela Rama
Jacklyn Basto

Mga picture papuntang Mall of Asia:

Sa jeep papuntang Baclaran - "Mahangin ba sa labas?"

Sa jeep papuntang Baclaran, syempre kami din

Sa taxi papuntang Mall of Asia "Mga mukhang walang tulog"

Getting ready for the race

More pictures, more fun ~.~

Stolen shot kunwari

At nakapasok na din sa CR, after so may long waiting :p

Oo nga pala, pagkatapos mag-CR at bago maghiwalay ng landas, isang photo-op muna with none other than Ms. Anabelle Rama!

Ms. Anabelle Rama together with her two new discoveries, Sophie and Jackie!

Game na! Tapos na mag CR. Wala nga lang warm up.

John Paul and the famous Back-Pedal move

Wooohooo! Malapit na!

Kaunti na lang!

At natapos ko na din ang 3K run. Pagod, masakit ang paa at binti. Pero okay lang. It's for a worthy cause naman.

With John Paul

Suot kaagad ang giveaway na waist bag

With the Certificate of Participation

Sumilip muna kami sa awarding ceremony. Ang mga kuha:

Sumunod naman ay ang paghahanap ng makakainan. Ang napili namin - Tokyo! Tokyo! Tokyo!

Rice consumed in order:
Jacklyn (5K) - 2.5 cups of rice plus 1 potato ball
Sophia (5K) - 3 cups of rice plus 2 potato balls
John Paul (5K) - 3 cups of rice plus 1 potato ball
June (3K) - 6 cups of rice plus 1 potato ball

Habang naghihintay ng order.

Dumating na ang unang batch ng order.

Promo shot with John Paul

I am Number 21

Sayang malabo ang kuha. Hindi ko alam kung bakit!

Eto yung kay Sophie

After pigging out!

Habang nagpapahinga

Sige pa, isa pa

"Thank you for coming to Tokyo! Tokyo!

While waiting for the Halo-Halo

I am Number 44 naman ngayon
