Review of Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus: Good food, Good service and Value for your Money

Last July 1, I was invited for a "Media and Bloggers Event" at Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus. Honestly, this is the first time I heard of said dining place. Some of you might too. And with that being said, here is a short background of Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus:

Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus opened its first restaurant at NAIA Terminal 3 Domestic Section on September 11, 2008. On October 22, 2015, Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus opened its second restaurant at NAIA Terminal 3, Level 4 Food Hall Area. Last year, August 17, 2016, Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus opened its third branch at Ground Floor, Makati Cinema Square, Legazpi Village, Makati City.
The business maintains a kitchen and a food commissary at it's head office in Networld Hotel Spa and Casino located at Jipang Building, Roxas Boulevard corner Peria Street, Pasay City where the main stock room and cold storage is also located.
When I first arrived at the venue, a huge image of the chefs greeted me and gave me a view of the entire place. A good number tables to accommodate guests are set up and the dispatching area for food can be seen.

The servers were incredibly kind and accommodating. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a smile and showed me the way. I got seated, other bloggers came in and the meet and greet commenced.

After some introductions and some short interviews, bloggers sampled some of the dishes Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus offer.

We started with some dim-sum. Bloggers shared the portions, which consisted of four to five pieces per serving. We were served  with Pork Siomai, Hakaw, Chicken Feet, Gyoza and Sharksfin.

Afterwards, we tried some of the main dishes. I tried their best seller, the Quarter Chicken Meal. It may have taken a while to get to my mouth, but I think I've found the best fried chicken meal. Some tried chicken and pork curry. Both smell good and inviting when served.

We were also served with a whole fried chicken for sharing! The chicken skin is just so good and the meat is moist and tender. I had to eat some more.

To end the night we were served with Korean shaved ice dessert in three variants: Ube-Macapuno, Mango and Caramel Syrup and Strawberry Sundae; we were also served with halo-halo.

Though I would love to be selfish and keep Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus all to myself, the work of Head Chef Edgar Gamus, Executive Chef Shinsaku Hosono and Executive Sous Chef Albert Flores and with the guidance of Consultant/Celebrity Chef Boy Logro, is too good to stay hidden for long. There is no doubt a table Let's Chow Rice and Noodle Haus will soon become the hottest reservation in town.
