Save the date! On May 17, 2015 a run for a cause will be happening at CCP Complex entitled "PaRUN ng Cowboy!". The beneficiary of this event will be Cottolengo Filipino Inc., Orphanage for Disabled Children, located in Brgy. San Rafael, Rodriguez Rizal. The orphanage focuses on children with special needs.
About Cottolengo Filipino Inc.
Cottolengo Filipino Inc. is an Orphanage for Disabled Children located at Brgy San Rafael, Rodriguez. It is a private non-stock, non-profit religious and non-government organization licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). It is owned and managed by Little Works of Divine Providence Congregation founded by Saint Luigi Orione, an apostle of charity and father of the poor. Its aim is to serve the most poor, abandoned, neglected, surrendered persons with disabilities.
In last Friday's media launch at Cowboy Grill Delta, Quezon Avenue Branch, Marketing Manager Marianne Escobar said that “This is part of our company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program. We are the first restaurant or bar that has come up with such an activity.”
Below are the registration fee and gun start details:
- 3K – P450 (gun start at 6:00am)
- 5K – P550 (gun start at 5:30am)
- 10K - P650 (gun start at 5:00am)
Registration Fee includes race kit (Singlet, Race Bib and Registration Form), sheriff badge shaped medal and Cowboy Hat (after finishing your distance category).
Registration sites are as follows:
- Cowboy Grill branches: Mabini, Malate, Las Piñas, Delta Quezon Ave.
- Mizuno branches: Mall of Asia, Megamall, Trinoma, Bonifacio Global City, Alabang Town Center
Registration began last March 15 and will run until May 15, 2015.
