It's the year 2010. When I was still in Elementary, we always think of the year 2000 the the space-age years wherein we can see flying cars, floating houses and buildings, super intelligent robots, full automation, in short, somewhat like what we have see in "The Jetsons" cartoon series when we were young.
And yet here we are now in 2010, not only the whole world have made advances in technology (although this is not what we imagine way back in the 1990's) having more cool stuff releases with such short intervals, we are also facing other real-world issues and the most important that I can think of right now is climate change. But enough of that for this post. What I am trying to say is here we are in the "future" and yet it reminded me that everything is not going to turn out the way we expected this. Who knows? Give it a couple of decades more and we'll see what happens.
Till the next post.
